We are looking for a proactive SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in bidding for SEO & Digital Marketing projects.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT / Online Bidder with a strong background in SEO projects to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour (PPH) and generating quality leads for SEO and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant SEO and digital marketing projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and PPH.
Write customized, high-converting proposals tailored to client requirements.
Communicate with international clients, understand their SEO needs, and define project scope.
Coordinate with the SEO and technical team to prepare accurate estimates and strategies.
Manage the complete bidding cycle from lead identification to deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
Achieve monthly targets for bids, client interactions, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–5 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder, specifically for SEO projects.
Strong understanding of SEO concepts: on-page, off-page, technical SEO, local SEO, and content marketing.
Experience selling SEO and digital marketing services.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to understand client requirements and create detailed SEO proposals.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Web Designer – 1 Year Experience

Location: Full TIme Work From Office
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with at least 1 year of experience in designing visually appealing, high-converting websites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Framer, and Figma, and be able to create landing pages and website designs that engage visitors and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Design responsive, modern, and user-friendly websites and landing pages.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and other design tools.
Build and customize websites using WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Webflow, and Framer.
Ensure websites are visually appealing, SEO-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to implement designs.
Maintain and update existing websites as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in web design.
Strong skills in landing page design and user interface (UI) design.
Proficiency in Figma, WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, Webflow, Framer.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
